This website is operated by Stone & Hush. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any purchase from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies.

Eligibility and account information

You must be able to form a binding contract in your place of residence to make a purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for protecting any account credentials and for activity under your account.

Products and availability

We work to describe and display products accurately, but screen settings, lighting, and natural material variations can affect color and appearance. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions, prices, availability, and quantities may change without notice.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, or delivery restrictions. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been approved for fulfillment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Please review your order and delivery address carefully. We will try to accommodate changes or cancellations requested before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch begins.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping and applicable taxes are added at checkout unless stated otherwise. Promotions may have separate terms and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Our current delivery practices are described in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, exceptions, and refund timing are described in the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful personal or household shopping. You may not interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content at scale; impersonate another person; submit false information; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or use the services for fraud, resale, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or third parties.

Intellectual property

Site design, text, graphics, branding, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Stone & Hush and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal use, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Third-party services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products to you. Purchases are made directly from Stone & Hush, not Shopify. Links or tools supplied by other parties are provided for convenience; their separate terms and privacy practices apply, and we are not responsible for content or services we do not control.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the store, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and service providers as needed to operate the site, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, and provide customer support.

Disclaimers and liability

Except for any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone & Hush is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Severability and changes

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted.
