For an existing order
Include your order number and the email used at checkout. If the question is about tracking, tell us which item or tracking number you are looking at.
For damaged, defective or incorrect gear
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label when relevant, and keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
For gear or loadout questions
Tell us the use case—camping, blackout, vehicle emergency, go-bag, cold weather, bikepacking or something else—plus the number of people and any important limits such as pack size, weight, weather or budget.
Do not mail returns to an address found on a shipping label. Request a return first. Because some products are fulfilled by partner facilities, the correct authorized return address can vary by item.
